Pillar 1: Communicable Disease Control & Endemic Prevention a. Integrated HIV/AIDS & Tuberculosis (TB) Care: Community-based screening, pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) distribution, case-finding for drug-resistant TB, and clinical management via localized referral pathways. b. Malaria Vector Control & Chemoprevention: Seasonal malaria chemoprevention (SMC) drives, rapid diagnostic testing (RDTs), and distribution of insecticide-treated bed nets to children under 5 and pregnant women. c. Routine Childhood Immunization: Strengthening cold-chain systems and mobile vaccination teams to eliminate zero-dose children in hard-to-reach communities.
